FAQ - Booking and Deposit

📅 BOOKING & DEPOSIT
- A $100 deposit is required to schedule. You will not be put on the schedule until it's paid.
- The deposit goes toward your tune and is non-refundable.
- Times are subject to change depending on when your deposit is made, since other people are still actively scheduling.
- Once you've paid, let me know so I can put you on the schedule.
- Please text your full name to 817-627-5938 so I have another way to reach you in case I get banned.

❌ CANCELLATIONS & LATE ARRIVALS
- Cancel at least 3 hours before your appointment: your $100 still goes toward your tune.
- Cancel with less than 3 hours' notice: you forfeit your deposit, since that doesn't give me time to fill the slot with someone else.
- 15 minutes late = considered canceled, and you forfeit your deposit. We don't sit around waiting for people hoping they'll show up on time.
- This encourages people to let me know 3 hours ahead instead of 3 minutes, and of course... to show up on time.

💲 PRICING
- Weekend and 6 PM appointments are an extra $150. If you didn't book one of those, this doesn't apply to you.
- Boosted vehicles, 8-speed and 10-speed transmissions, and the year of the vehicle can all change the price. If you aren't sure what your price is, ask. Don't assume.

🔧 IF YOUR VEHICLE HAS ISSUES
- If your vehicle has problems and can't be completed on tuning day, you still pay the remaining amount.
- 2nd appointments are available at a discounted rate as long as they're done at 7 AM (Central).
- If 7 AM doesn't work for you, you can book a normal slot for $275.

✅ BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT, MAKE SURE YOU HAVE:
- GOOD WiFi where the vehicle is parked
- A Windows laptop (Windows 10 or 11 preferred), not something you got from your grandma's closet
- The money DURING the appointment to pay your remaining balance
- Air in your tires
- A battery that isn't dead. If the vehicle has been sitting a while, have extra batteries, boosters, cables, etc. on hand
